Houttuynia has an antioxidant effect. Panthenol and arginine strengthen the skin’s protective barrier, accelerate skin healing. The five types of hyaluronic acid, glycerin intensely hydrates. It has a light texture and is quickly absorbed, providing an instant cooling effect. All ingredients are EWG certified.
