2. Payment Confirmation

  • COD Orders: Payment will be collected by our delivery personnel at the time of delivery. A receipt will be provided upon payment.
  • Online Orders: Once the bank transfer is complete, please send us the transaction details to confirm your payment. Your order will be processed once we verify the payment.

3. Order Processing

  • COD Orders: Orders paid via cash on delivery will be processed and shipped according to our standard processing and shipping times.
  • Online Orders: Orders paid through bank transfer will be processed only after the payment is confirmed. Please allow additional time for processing if payment confirmation is delayed.

5. Refunds
