1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Regular Shipping (Lahore): For orders within Lahore, regular shipping takes 4-5 business days and costs 350 PKR.
- Premium Shipping (Lahore): We offer a premium shipping option for urgent orders, such as birthdays or special events. This service ensures delivery within 2-3 business days at an additional cost of 250 PKR.
- Orders Outside of Lahore: Shipping times for orders outside of Lahore will vary depending on the courier service. Delivery may take longer than the standard 4-5 business days.
- Special Offer for LSE Students: Students of Lahore School of Economics (LSE) are eligible for free shipping if the order is delivered within the LSE campus.
3. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. You can use this information to monitor your order's progress until it reaches your doorstep.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently only offer shipping within Pakistan. We do not ship internationally at this time.
5. Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
